Service Description

A good place where to start: get an evaluation of your level, suggestions on how we can work towards your goals, and do a first activity so you can have a first feel of the lessons.

Cancellation Policy

Students have complete freedom to cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the lesson. If a student is running late, we kindly ask to send a message to warn the teacher. Otherwise, the teacher will remain online for up to 20 minutes, after what the lesson will be cancelled if the student still didn't show up. In case of last minute cancellation or when a student doesn't show up for the lesson, the class fee is still due.
