Cancelation Policy

Students have complete freedom to cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the lesson. If a student is running late, we kindly ask to send a message to warn the teacher. Otherwise, the teacher will remain online for up to 20 minutes, after what the lesson will be cancelled if the student still didn't show up. In case of last minute cancellation or when a student doesn't show up for the lesson, the class fee is still due.
